Soft and elegant details combined with modern touches like balloon arches, geometric patterns, and a colorful smoke bomb photo moment (so fun!) for the ultimate unique-yet-classic wedding inspiration. This wedding inspiration is for the couples that are looking for a unique color palette that is still very soft and versatile. Lavender pairs so well with blue and grey tones, which leaves a lot of design options!

Pepper Tree Ranch is the stunning backdrop for this rustic and modern affair with gorgeous views of the Santa Lucia mountains. Brooke Nicole Events designed this fun day full of soft color and inspiring details. Bright Event Rentals supplied all of the gorgeous rentals for the day. From modern black flatware to a ceremony full of ghost chairs to the velvet linens, the entire design speaks to new ways to incorporate lavender into your special day.

Look Good On Paper Co. created such an amazing geometric wedding invitation and menu design with name cards that are incorporated into the design. The geometric cake by Cake Cathedral tied in all the details from the invitation suite and menu cards.

Our bride went with a strapless 2020 Badgley Mischka gown complemented by a gorgeous bouquet by Brooke Edelman Floral Design. The mix of lavender and blush with ivory roses added the perfect touch of elegance and modern design. The lounge décor from Bright Event Rentals created the perfect elegant and fresh lounge setup. The mix of lavender velvet with black and white pillows was the perfect touch of masculine and feminine design. The reception was modern and elegant, allowing the florals to pop on the velvet linens. The ghost chairs enhanced the design by keeping the focus on the table design.

Hey Friends! Today I want to talk all about wedding invitations and place cards from my friends over at Basic Invite! These are seriously beautiful invitations and you have so many options to customize them to truly make them your own. Keep reading to see my 5 reasons to love Basic Invite's wedding invitations and place cards.

1) Almost Unlimited Colors

Basic Invite is one of the few websites that allows customers almost unlimited color options with instant previews online. You can change the color of each element on a card, with over 180 different color options. The card can be exactly how you want it, down to the littlest detail. This is what sets us apart from any other online stationery company! See, I told you they were good and I'm just getting started.

2) Over 900 Wedding Invitation Sets

Each of their wedding invitations is part of a set. So you can get all of the wedding stationery you need, like save the dates, wedding invitations, enclosure cards, wedding menus, wedding programs, and even matching thank you cards!

Check out these place cards:

3) Custom Samples

Basic Invite allows customers the ability to order a printed sample of their invitation so they can see the card’s paper quality and how it will print before you have to place their final order. I love this feature because I'm all about texture and weight!

4) Free Address Collection Service

When I was getting married, it was so hard to get my friends and families addresses. Basic Invite has a free address collection service to request addresses with just three simple steps. Share a link via social media or email, collect addresses, and get free envelope printing! Friends, this is seriously an amazing service that makes sending out your wedding invitations so easy!

5) Seal & Send Wedding Invitations

They have something I haven't seen anywhere else! Seal and send wedding invitations are an all-in-one wedding invitation with a tear-off RSVP postcard included! Currently, you can get them in over 30 designs including foil options and they are of course customizable. What's special about Basic Invite's Seal & Sends is that your guest's addresses are printed on the front of each invitation so no envelope is necessary! All you have to do is share a link, collect your guest addresses, and upload them to your design. Once you receive your order all you have to do is add postage, fold your invites, and secure them with a sticker! How simple and easy is that!?!? Why was this not around when I was getting married 7 years ago!

There you have it friends, my 5 reasons to love Basic Invite's wedding invitations and place cards! If you try them out please let me know.
